What’s born from a meeting between friends, historic hills, and a sunset can become poetry. And when those friends are João Gomes, Mestrinho, and Jota.Pê, that poetry gains sound, rhythm, and soul. That’s how Dominguinho came to life, an audiovisual project that celebrates encounters, lightness, and the diverse musicality of Brazil.
Recorded at the Historic Site of Olinda, Dominguinho is more than a musical record: it’s a sensorial experience, made to soundtrack days with the softness of well-lived Sundays. The setlist includes 12 tracks weaving together hits from the three artists, one original song — Flor, by Mestrinho and Erivaldo Júnior — and surprising new versions of well-known songs, such as the medley of Mete Um Block Nele and Ela Tem, and a delicate reinterpretation of Pontes Indestrutíveis, by the band Charlie Brown Jr.
